1.Initial Meeting

2. Investigation
SnapDivorce obtains financial and other information necessary to analyze and resolve issues in your divorce.
3. Divorce Resolution Conference
Your SnapDivorce Navigator reviews the information gathered and analyzed in Phase 2 with the parties. Both parties have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss their wants and needs, and raise other relevant issues.
4. Resolution Finalization
A SnapDivorce arbitration panel meets to discuss and resolve the issues in your case. Within 10-30 days, the panel issues a binding arbitration decision. SnapDivorce then processes the paperwork necessary to finalize your divorce.

Arbitration
A system in which the neutral third party facilitates a voluntary negotiation process between the two parties. Mediation is more commonly used when the two parties are amicable and can reasonably resolve their divorce with legal counsel present to provide assistance and advise regarding disagreements.
A system in which a neutral third party conducts a holistic review on the case in question, and creates an equitable agreement for the two parties. Arbitration is more commonly used when one ore both parties are hostile. The Arbiter creates the agreement in order to ensure fairness instead of relying on endless court appearances to litigate each dispute.
